A supportive, small-group programme designed to help individuals better understand anxiety, build resilience and develop simple, practical tools for everyday life.

Format

  • Session length:  45–60 minutes

  • Setting:  Community or group space

  • Style:  Informal, supportive and non-clinical

Each session combines light guidance, practical exercises and optional group discussion in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
